Access Bars Workshop
ANYONE can learn this method for discharging the electromagnetic components of thoughts, emotions, and perspectives that act like garbage in our brains. During this training, you'll also receive other tools that will bring you closer to a life of ease, joy, and abundance!

For whom?
The workshop included, among others:
✅ Receive and lead a deeply relaxing Access Bars session twice (with the support of a certified facilitator)
✅ You will learn how to use a de-creation statement (a verbal tool for immediate energy change)
✅ You will learn how to do a photoshoot yourself
✅ You will learn verbal tools that will help you stop judging yourself and others and introduce more lightness into your everyday functioning
✅ You will realize what amazing abilities you have to read the energy, thoughts, emotions and feelings of other people and how to deal with it
✅ You will learn an exercise that will activate your immune system and fill you with energy when you are tired
✅ You will learn two body processes :
1. A process that helps you get out of survival mode
2. Process for those suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Each participant will receive a board with 32 Bars points and a manual with practical tools for everyday use and an audio recording of the workshop. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will also receive a certificate entitling them to do Bars sessions for money.
