Bodywork processes open us to an awareness of our embodiment and the energies around us. They help shift reality to one in which we function without the judgment that limits our awareness.
Body awareness is not "logical thinking." Therefore, you don't have to choose the process yourself; during the session, we will invite this awareness and communicate.
