1. Some classes, conference calls, seminars, and workshops are recorded and made available to participants. Online classes may also be streamed via Zoom or other videoconferencing platforms, with cameras typically focusing on the speaker.

2. This disclaimer is a legal requirement that allows the Facilitator to record classes, workshops and seminars and send the recordings to all participants for re-listening or viewing.

3. By registering for a seminar, class, teleconference or workshop, participants consent to being recorded and filmed and agree that the recordings – including their face and voice – will be sent to other class participants.

4. If a client does not wish to be filmed for any reason, they must turn off the camera function on their device or cover the camera while speaking.

5. If the client does not wish to be recorded, all questions can also be asked in written form, which is visible to all other class participants.
   

Fully understanding the above,

• I hereby acknowledge and agree that Adrian Steglińskii/or its affiliates ("Company") may make video and/or audio recordings of classes, workshops and events in which I register and/or participate live.

• As a condition of registering for classes, workshops and events, and in exchange for other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby confirmed, I hereby grant the royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable right, in perpetuity, anywhere in the world, to:

- recording me, my name, my likeness and my voice, through any technology or means, while attending or participating in one or more classes, workshops and events;

- save, copy, edit, display, distribute, sell and exploit (collectively, "Use") such Recordings in any manner or form, including, but not limited to, promotional and marketing materials.

• I understand and agree that the Company may use the Recordings in their assembled or edited form, and I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve any versions, including finished versions, of such Recordings, including written copies, quotations, or transcripts that may be created in connection therewith. I also acknowledge and agree that these audio and video recordings are used for educational and training purposes and that other participants may view these recordings; in this context, I waive my moral intellectual property rights (images and sounds). This consent shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• I have read this Consent, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am voluntarily waiving certain rights I may have at law, including, without limitation, any rights to royalties or compensation for the use of the Recordings by Company or its owners, employees, contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, assigns, agents, and representatives for any purpose.

• I understand that by checking this box, I hereby waive and forever release Adrian Stegliński from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action I may have arising out of or relating to Company's use of the Recordings to the fullest extent permitted.
