PeLoHa massage, whose name comes from the words Peace - Love - Harmony, is a painless, gentle, and very pleasant touch massage. It can be performed on adults, children, people with disabilities, the elderly, and pregnant women. PeLoHa massage does not cause any side effects. The goal of PeLoHa massage is: – supporting the healing process – physical health (back pain, joint pain, shoulder pain, migraines, skin conditions, and others) and mental health (depression, anxiety, phobias, insomnia, and others) – promoting feelings of peace, love, and harmony in oneself and those around them – inducing in the massage recipient a full acceptance of their own SELF (their own body, personality, spirituality, etc.); – cleansing, stabilizing, and balancing the functions of all chakras – supporting weight loss by balancing the lymphatic system in the body
