Emergency and energetic relaxation aid with the Symphony group tester

In this energy session, we will enter a space of relaxation beyond expectations and definitions of what it is, can be, or shouldn't be, and beyond the mechanisms of control. I will lead a Symphony session that will open a space of total relaxation.

I would like the recording of this session to be a " relaxation first aid kit " that you can use every time you want to calm your body effectively, relax wherever and in whatever situation you are and increase your presence with and in your body.

Tuesday, we start with a short introduction at 9:00 PM, the session will last approximately 30 minutes
