About the event
Zero-sum trauma is a process used when the body has experienced physical, but also mental and emotional shock.
It can be a contribution to change when we are dealing with:
repeated trauma
getting used to the pain we live with (which weakens the body)
traffic restrictions
athletes, people performing physical work/intensive effort
