The causes of tightness, anxiety, and fear regarding speech or singing are often related to judgments, trauma, excess stress, and the expectations of others. How much energy do we expend on holding onto fear, stage fright, or bodily limitations that could be used in more pleasurable ways?
Fortunately, our bodies have incredible abilities to transform and regenerate, and with the help of practical Access Consciousness tools, we can effectively release the tension associated with our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
