The course of the massage
PeLoHa is a full-body massage, excluding intimate areas. The massage itself consists of many elements. The massage is accompanied by specially prepared music.
We do not consume alcohol and limit stimulants for at least 24 hours before the massage, and we remove jewelry for the massage.

Creator of the method
PeLoHa is a technique created by Australian Alan Earle, who traveled the world learning and teaching various types of massage. Forty years ago, he combined several different massage and bodywork techniques into PeLoHa.
